 George J. Malasek    
George Malasek, in his 15 years of finance experience has lead such auspicious pioneering endeavors as the Lions Gate initial funding campaign, the creation and development of a full-scale production company, as well as structuring acquisitions and development of various overseas broadcast companies.  Mr. Malasek has functioned as an advisor to some of the largest Media Funds and Broadcast Companies in the world.

  Dave Grayson, Jr.
From 1987 to 1993 Dave was worked and played in professional football as an outside linebacker with the Cleveland Browns and the San Diego Chargers. After his football career, Dave worked in finance as a vice-president of corporate finance with Venture Net Capital.  Over the last five years, Dave has held several high ranking positions in both finance, business, entertainment and sports with Monumental funding, the Mercer Group and Capital Resources.  He brings a tremendous client list to BirdRock.

  Robert Malasek
Mr. Robert Malasek is a seasoned accounting and finance professional who has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a number of private and public companies in media, entertainment, communications and natural healthcare products.  He has been instrumental in variety of financings, public and private, and working with companies in negotiating the various intricacies of maintaining public listings and    Mr. Malasek renders accounting & consulting services to a variety of clients, including a number of public companies. From September 1987 until August 1999 Mr. Malasek was employed with Starwood Hotel & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in a number of positions within its finance & accounting department and became an Assistant Controller in 1998 until his departure in 1999.

  Larry Heuchert
Larry Heuchert brings many years of operational,management and finance experience. Larry has been an entrepreneur since 1991 and has participated in the successful launch of numerous companies spanning a variety of industriesfrom natural resources to telecommunications both domestic and international. Mr.Heuchert brings more than 20 years experience working and investing with public companies. He has consulted to the wireless coomunications industry in North America for more than 15 years.
